**Job Overview**

Office Administrator guides and manages the overall provision of human resources and health and safety services, policies, and programs. They are also responsible for planning and overseeing all administrative support and office services for the company. This includes coordinating and communicating office activities, reception duties, invoice/supplier management, bill payments, data entry, file management etc.

**Administrative Responsibilities**:

- Receipt management
- Paying supplier invoices based on their payment terms
- Responding to initial inquiries that we receive through the website. Some filtering is required
- Record keeping and organization of logs, protocols, Documents etc.
- Updating renewal certificates and documents such as; WSIB, General Insurance, CVOR, Employee, Health Benefits
- Updating and revising of all company procedures and policies, and logs
- Responsible for filing and managing Workplace Safety and Insurance Board (WSIB) claims and accommodate injured/ill employees.
- Coordinate meetings, and record meeting minutes
- Certification tracking, scheduling all employee training when updates are required
- Conduct annual health and safety training such as WHMIS, Violence and Harassment, etc.
- Ensuring all jobsite binders are up to date with necessary H&S information, signage, WSIB certification, etc.
- Vehicle maintenance and CVOR updating on our trucks and trailers to ensure annual safeties and repairs are completed on time

**Job Specifications**
- Experience in safety or a related field preferably in construction
- Demonstrates a high degree of confidentiality, initiative, and organization.
- Highly developed, demonstrated teamwork skills with the ability to lead.
- Overall computer proficiency with familiarity and skill using Quick books,Microsoft Office, file management, benefits administration.
