**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Oversee daily office operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all administrative functions.
- Manage scheduling, calendar management, and appointment coordination for team members.
- Fostering a collaborative environment that encourages professional development.
- Handle vendor management, including negotiating contracts and maintaining relationships with service providers.
- Maintain accurate bookkeeping records using QuickBooks Online ( or similar) and ensure compliance with budgeting guidelines.
- Plan and coordinate events, meetings, and training sessions to promote team engagement.
- Manage clerical tasks including filing, data entry, and maintaining organized records.
- Provide front desk support by answering multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette.
- Develop and implement office policies to improve operational efficiency.

**Experience**
- Proven experience in office management or a similar administrative role is required.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks for bookkeeping and financial management is preferred.
- Demonstrated skills in event planning, schedule management, vendor relations, and budgeting are essential.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in all aspects of work.
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with staff at all levels as well as external partners.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 24 per week

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Tillsonburg, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
