**Hospitality Coordinator**

As an energetic individual with a contagious commitment to unsurpassed customer service, you will be the ‘friendly face’ of Summit Terrace, interacting with the clients to create a unique lifestyle experience. The Hospitality Co-ordinatorplays an active role in the marketing of suites to prospective residents, participates in organizing and delivering a unique assortment of events and programs to the residents of Summit Terrace, and fulfills administrative and month-end functions as assigned.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead the development of interesting and engaging social and recreational programming for tenants, with physical, intellectual, and social needs taken into consideration
- Contribute to the creation of the monthly calendar of events with the General Manager
- Participate in the execution of sales strategies to attract prospective clients to achieve and maintain occupancy objectives
- Coordinate tenant move-ins and conduct post-move visits with to ensure a smooth transition
- Assist with administrative functions including maintenance of tenant accounts and files, preparation of bulletins and newsletters, and general day-to-day office activities
- Responds promptly to tenant concerns, prioritizing confidentiality
- Promotes teamwork and good relationships with co-workers, assisting as required and demonstrating dependability that includes a good record of attendance and availability

**Qualifications**:

- Post-secondary degree or diploma in a relevant field such as hospitality/marketing/recreation
- Valid ‘F’ license or the willingness to attain one, with a clean driving record
- Must be energetic, self-motivated and results-focused.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and customer service skills are essential
- Efficient and well organized with an attention to detail and accuracy
