**WHAT YOU’LL DO**:
The Surgical Quality and Process Improvement Coordinator will work with surgical and quality team members, in alignment with PRHC strategic and operational directions and the PRHC quality model, to support the implementation of initiatives and strategies to achieve surgical program quality-related goals and objectives. The coordinator will perform data input and extraction, data analytics, develop presentations, education and training, and provide communications, logístical, project management, and analytical support for Surgical program quality initiatives.

**WHAT YOU’LL BRING**
- Clinical experience in a health care setting
- Post-secondary education in healthcare related field; Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum one year experience in hospital surgery department, surgery clinic, clinical research
- Successfully completes the ACS NSQIP SCR Training/Certification Program immediately upon hire
- Data entry or analytics certifications preferred
- Quality Improvement certificate an asset
- Change Management an asset
- Project Management an asset
- Knowledge of customer service, quality improvement, project management and data analysis would be an asset
- Database data entry and/or management experience preferred
- Basic statistical knowledge preferred
