We’re shaping the future of healthcare in our region and we’re looking for the next great member of our team to join our cause. **The Opportunity**:
Community Giving & Engagement Programs (like direct mail, digital, monthly, mid-level and tribute giving, community lotteries, special events, and/or cause marketing) make up the backbone of our collective fundraising efforts. They provide a vital source of flexible revenue, inspire donor loyalty, and help us build long-term relationships with our donors.
Reporting to the Director of Communications & Community Engagement and working closely with program leads, as the Community Giving Coordinator, you’ll support the success of these programs through administrative and operational responsibilities, and coordination of a wide-range of projects.
**What You’ll Do**:
- Support the planning and execution of signature, community (3rd party), campaign and donor stewardship events (virtual or in-person), cause marketing partnership fulfilment, lotteries and P2P fundraising initiatives
- Work on queries, exporting and formatting Excel files for mailings, pipeline development, and benchmarking and/or program analysis; help maintain our donor database
- Help us create and roll out donor communications and stewardship projects
- Work with community volunteers and engage in donor stewardship activities
- Perform administrative duties like mail merges, creating in house communications materials, supporting our digital outreach, managing spreadsheets, preparing agendas, minutes and briefing notes - all the vital tasks that help us have the greatest impact as a team

We’re a passionate team of professional healthcare fundraisers who believe wholeheartedly in the importance of our collective cause. We work hard to maintain a positive, inclusive and supportive workplace culture and invest regularly in continuous education and professional development. Our role at the PRHC Foundation is to inspire donors to fund the equipment and technology that form the foundation of that care - vital investments that are not funded by the government. Together, we fuel innovation, bring new, lifesaving services and treatment options to our region, and help our hospital attract the best and the brightest doctors, nurses and staff.
**What We Offer**:
