- Schedule deliveries/pick ups and services
- Maintain office cleanliness and organization

- Greet visitors and provide assistance if needed

- Take and record payments as necessary
- Follow up with overdue accounts
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, record keeping, and report generation
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff members
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Ensure office policies and procedures are followed

- Proven experience in an administrative or office management role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with QuickBooks or other accounting software is a plus
- Excellent file management skills with attention to detail
- Exceptional phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Ability to supervise and provide guidance to administrative staff members
- Familiarity with training development processes is preferred
- Previous experience working at a front desk or reception area is an advantage
