Administration Clerk/bookkeeper

**Job Overview**
**Responsibilities**
- Perform clerical duties including data entry, filing, and document management.
- Assist with accounts receivable and accounts payable processes.
- Conduct account reconciliation and ensure accuracy of financial records.
- Support payroll processing and budgeting activities.
- Utilize software such as Sage, QuickBooks, or Xero for financial reporting and management.
- Manage bank reconciliation tasks to maintain accurate financial statements.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline administrative processes and improve efficiency.
- Respond to inquiries and provide support to internal departments as needed.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as an Administrative Clerk or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as Sage, QuickBooks, or Xero is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of account reconciliation, budgeting, payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable processes.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in finance or administration are a plus.
