As a Residential Sales Representative, you will represent top technology and communications brands, offering products and services designed to support the evolving needs of modern households. Residential Sales Representative Responsibilities:
- Present and promote wireless and home-internet solutions to residential customers
- Assess customer needs and recommend personalized service packages
- Prepare proposals, product demonstrations, and pricing quotes based on customer requirements
- Generate new sales through door-to-door outreach and community engagement
- Build and nurture long-term customer relationships
- Address questions, concerns, and service issues to ensure customer satisfaction
- Track individual sales performance, territory results, and daily productivity
- Share customer feedback and market insights with leadership
- Stay informed about competitor offerings and activity within your territory
Residential Sales Representative Requirements:
- 1+ year of sales or customer-facing experience preferred
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and rapport-building skills
- Previous Residential Sales Representative experience is a plus
- High energy, professional demeanor, and a positive attitude
- Goal-oriented mindset with a strong drive to achieve and exceed targets
- Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and customer service abilities
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
- Willingness to travel within a 20-mile radius of the assigned territory
