Mammoth Landscaping & Masonry Ltd. is a very fast growing company. We are currently seeking an Admin/Accounting Assistant to join our dynamic team. Applicants must have some date entries, AR, AP, and experience in Sage 50. it is a full time position with 35 - 40 hours per week from Monday to Friday.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- be good assistant for the Managers, you will spend a lots of time working with the Operations Manager related to estimating, pricing, and documents updated.
- Invoicing and collecting accounts receivable; data entries for AR, AP; update jobs spreadsheets; filing documents;
- Tracking inventory, and companies’ vehicles fuel expenses;
- Other office duties, such as answer phone, posting jobs
**Requirements**:
- College diploma in Accounting (prefer)
- Self-motivated and willing to work/learn, able to take instructions and quick learner
- Multitasking skills, including great organization and good time management ability;
- Detail oriented team player with initiative, able to work independently
- Good written and oral English; strong interpersonal communication skills
- Possess a positive “can do” and “will do” attitude
- A great work ethic with strong communication skills and good team player
- Self-disciplined, work independently and as part of the team, able to think logically
- Be flexible and willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done right
- Professional behavior/conduct
