Wildwood Outdoor Living is a locally owned garden centre dedicated to helping our community create beautiful, sustainable outdoor spaces. We offer a wide range of plants, landscaping supplies, outdoor furniture, hot tubs, BBQs and décor. We’re looking for a detail-oriented Bookkeeper/Admin Assistant to join our team and support our financial operations. Responsibilities Record daily sales, vendor invoices, and financial transactions Reconcile bank accounts, credit card statements, and POS reports Manage accounts payable and receivable Maintain organized financial records and documentation Communicate with customers, vendors and internal teams regarding billing and payments Qualifications 2+ years of bookkeeping experience Proficiency in accounting software (Sage preferred) Strong Microsoft Excel skills Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively Preferred Skills Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management Experience in retail operations Work Environment On-site at our garden centre in Saanich, BC Reports to: Financial Controller $25/hr. to $30/hr.
