**Position Overview**

We are seeking a **dedicated and experienced Line Cook** to join our culinary team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced kitchen environment, takes pride in consistent execution, and values professionalism. You’ll be responsible for preparing high-quality meals according to our standards, maintaining a clean and organized station, and supporting a smooth kitchen operation.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Prepare, cook, and plate menu items with precision and consistency.
- Follow established recipes, presentation standards, and portion controls.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation at all times.
- Ensure all food handling meets health and safety standards.
- Stock and prep your station before each shift and assist with cleanup.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with other kitchen staff.
- Report low stock, equipment issues, or quality concerns to the Head Chef.
- Assist in training junior staff or new hires as needed.

**Qualifications**
- **Minimum 1-2 years of previous experience** working in a professional kitchen is **required**.
- **Culinary school diploma or formal culinary training is preferred**.
- Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, food safety, and kitchen equipment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure calmly.
- Excellent knife skills and attention to detail.
- Able to follow instructions and adapt to feedback.
- Must be punctual, reliable, and team-oriented.
- Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
