Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our team. As a Line Cook/Prep Cook, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest quality of food preparation and presentation. You will work closely with the kitchen team to create delicious meals for our customers.

**Duties**:

- Prepare ingredients for cooking, including chopping vegetables, cutting meat, and gathering spices
- Assist in meal preparation by following recipes and portion control guidelines
- Cook and plate dishes according to established standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation regulations
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations during service
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation
- Responsibility for opening and closing duties

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in the food industry is preferred (Minimum 1 year experience in a kitchen)
- Knowledge of meal preparation techniques and food handling procedures
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and has their Food Safety Certificate
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Great time-management skills and reliable

**Salary**: $16.55-$22.00 per hour
