**Responsibilities**:

- **Prepare & Cook**: Prep, smoke and grill meats, prepare sides, and cook dishes to order with precision and care.
- **Maintain Standards**: Ensure consistency in every dish, from prep to plating, following our recipes and quality standards.
- **Kitchen Organization**: Keep your station clean and well-organized, ensuring proper food storage and stock levels.
- **Collaborate**: Work closely with fellow kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient service, especially during busy hours.
- **Food Safety**: Follow all health and safety regulations, including proper handling and storage of food.
- **Adaptability**: Help with other kitchen tasks as needed, such as prep work, cleaning, and assisting in menu development.

**Qualifications**:

- A love for great food, especially smoked meats, and a commitment to delivering excellence in every dish.
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations.
- Experience in the food industry, particularly in food handling and preparation.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Familiarity with various cooking techniques and equipment used in meal preparation.
- Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with kitchen staff.
- Attention to detail to ensure high-quality food service standards are met.
- A positive attitude and willingness to help others in the kitchen.
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

Pay: $17.20-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 30 per week
