Assistant Supervisor

Job Overview:
We are a Christian Childcare and we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Supervisor to join our team. As an Assistant Supervisor, you will play a key role in supporting the overall operations and management of our business. This is a dynamic position that requires strong leadership skills, excellent customer service, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. This position also requires strong leadership skills in a classroom for part of each day.
**Responsibilities**:
- Assist the Supervisor in overseeing daily operations and ensuring smooth workflow by providing coverage when the Supervisor is away
- Provide guidance and support to team members
- Assist and Supervise employees on company policies, procedures, and customer service standards
- Conduct interviews and assist with the hiring process
- Assist with scheduling and payroll management
- Maintain inventory levels and ensure proper pricing of products
- Resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with the Supervisor to develop strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations
**Experience**:
- Previous experience in childcare management or supervisory role preferred
- Proven track record of effectively leading a team and achieving targets
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
