**Job Summary**
The Site Supervisor will oversee construction projects, ensuring that work is completed safely, on time, and within budget. They will be responsible for managing on-site activities and coordinating with various teams to ensure project success.

**Duties**:

- Supervise construction activities and personnel on-site
- Review and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings
- Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards of workmanship
- Utilize construction management software such as ProCore for project tracking
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and compliance with regulations
- Collaborate with project managers to develop and adjust project schedules
- Manage project budgets and assist in construction estimating processes
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution

**Skills**:

- Strong supervisory skills with experience in overseeing construction projects
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and construction documents
- Familiarity with construction management software like ProCore for project management
- Knowledge of budgeting and cost control principles in construction projects
- Ability to conduct quality control checks to ensure work meets standards
- Experience with tools such as Bluebeam for efficient project management
- Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with teams and stakeholders

Pay: $25.00-$40.00 per hour
