**Duties**:

- Oversee all aspects of Production - Demands Company wide, Schedule of machines, coordinating across shifts
- Utilize ERP, daily reports, weekly meetings, and Work Order Program to input and track production
- Communicate schedule to all pertinent people
- Schedule regular machine maintenance with maintenance department
- Resolve and report any issues that may arise to the Plant Manager
- Enforce compliance of company policies and procedures maintaining a safe and effective work environment
- Work with the Plant Manager to ensure that there are the proper number of people to meet production needs
- Work with the Production Assistant(s) to schedule machines and personnel
- Part of improving efficiencies in all aspects (total parts, parts per hour produced, PPM defects, downtime, employee productivity) of production.

**Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities**:

- Must be computer literate (Microsoft Office, ERP)
- Strong organizational skills
- Confident, able to make sound decisions and resolve issues that arise
- Effective communicator with staff as well as all levels of management
- Flexible, innovative and comfortable setting own priorities
- Thrives working in a very fast-paced environment

**Education/Certification/Experience**:

- Minimum 5 Years as Production Supervisor or equivalent
- Valid lift truck license
- JHSC certification

**Job Details**:

- Salary Range: $52,000-$86,000; starting salary typically falls between $52,000 to $60,000 commensurate with experience
