**Responsibilities**
- Assist in the proposal development process from production to delivery, ensuring content adheres to firm strategic objectives and MNP brand standards
- Champion best practices and guidelines to ensure the consistent production of high-quality client-focused proposals
- Assist in proposal development initiatives; participate in proposal meetings (bid/no bid, kick-off, daily/weekly proposal sessions) and work with the team to complete proposal administrative tasks
- Analyze request for proposal (RFP) requirements for the development of clear and focused proposal templates
- Assist in writing proposal narratives and executive summaries, ensuring MNP brand and messaging is consistent and compelling
- Monitor/search bid sites for upcoming proposal opportunities (i.e., SEAO and others)
- Conduct research and gather information from multiple sources (web, databases, press reviews, company & industry profiles, statistics, etc.) and analyze information collected to produce reports
- Perform strategic monitoring on MNP’s main sectors of activity to help senior management and partners stay abreast of market changes by producing executive, company, socio-economic and industry profiles
- Translation of new and existing content from English to French as required and work to load to SharePoint On-Line Library
- Maintain an up-to-date library of resumes, project profiles, proposal content, presentations and graphics while following MNP brand standards. Ensure all internal and external documents adhere to the MNP brand standards
- Participate in proposal debriefings for continuous quality improvement processes
- Act as a back-up to other proposal team members as required
- Perform research related to proposal preparation

**Skills and Experience**
- Possess a post-secondary education in Business, Communications, French, Creative Writing, Journalism, or a related field
- Minimum of three (1) to three (3) years of experience in strategic writing, including business or proposal writing
- French should be your native language
- Strong computer literacy, including effective working skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) along with SharePoint and Teams
- Be a solid team player with demonstrated skills in proposal and business writing and editing
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task, work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Possess a willingness to learn
- Having a good business proficiency in English is considered an asset
- Experience in a professional services industry is considered an asset
- Graphic design skills and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite is an asset
- Working knowledge of proposal management software (Qorus) and MS Dynamics 365 programs would be an asset
- APMP designation is also considered an asset
