Make an impact with our Proposal Management team as a Proposal Manager. **Responsibilities**
- Manage the proposal process from identification to delivery; ensure content adheres to firm strategic objectives and MNP brand standards
- Liaise with key stakeholders and business groups to coordinate and develop proposal content
- Champion best practices and guidelines to ensure the consistent production of high quality, client focused proposals
- Analyze request for proposal (RFP) requirements in the development of clear and focused response strategies
- Conduct research and gather information from multiple sources; develop relationships with procurement officers, buyers and contract authorities
- Establish proposal processes and compliant templates
- Formulate criteria to determine timing and resource needs; address conflicts and assess risk in response to RFP requirements
- Develop proposal timelines; communicate and maintain proposal deliverable deadlines
- Write proposal narratives and executive summaries; ensure brand and messaging is consistent and compelling
- Coordinate and develop proposal content and prepare effective presentations and messaging strategies with the expectation of increasing overall success rate of proposals
- Develop and maintain proposal content database, ensuring proper tracking and maintenance of proposal materials
- Develop proposal schedules and tracking while reporting on progression of proposal metrics and success rates
- Review potential new opportunities and requirements, determine suitability of requirement to current service offerings, provide a summary and circulate with appropriate decision makers for pursuit decision
- Contribute to the development of new ideas and approaches to improve work processes
- Mentor, motivate and coach team members towards professional and personal development by setting clear expectations, providing feedback and conducting performance reviews

**Skills and Experience**
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in communications, English, creative writing, journalism, project management or other related field
- Five (5) years of strategic writing experience (including development of proposal templates, qualifications and resumes)
- Five (5) years of proposal management experience; assessing, developing, and managing proposals for medium to complex project requirements
- Ability to speak French and English (written and oral)
- Experience managing provincial, municipal, or federal government procurement processes is considered an asset
- Professional services industry experience is considered an asset
- Proven people management, relationship building and leadership skills
