**Kraken Robotics**is currently recruiting a** Quality Inspector - Electrical**to join our** Dartmouth, NS Office.**

Full-Time - Permanent | Job Reference: KRSI-2025-053

The primary purpose of the position is to develop and maintain testing for electrical equipment and components.

**ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**

- Incoming inspection and testing of electrical equipment and components including PCB’s, wet cables, sonar arrays, sensors, and various other electronic equipment
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline flow of materials from supplier to production
- Development of inspection and test procedures as part of continual improvement initiatives
- Assist test, engineering, and production teams where appropriate
- Actively participate in Materials Review Board meeting

**QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE**

- Completion of electronics technology program (or equivalent) with at least two years’ work experience
- Excellent written and oral communication skills (technical reporting and engineering documentation)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with Quality Assurance and Quality Control procedures
- Experience in the use and maintenance of electronic test equipment
- Experience in the use of inventory systems
- High degree of organization with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Attention to detail
- Process-driven
- Self-motivated with strong work ethic and can perform under mínimal supervision
- Experience in subsea industry an asset
- Electronic troubleshooting experience is an asset
- Knowledge of dimensional mechanical inspection is an asset
- Previous experience in ISO9001 environment is an asset
