**Machined Part Inspector**

Reporting to the Quality/Engineering Supervisor as Machined Part Inspector you will be responsible for:

- Random in-process inspection of machined and repaired parts;
- Inspection of disassembled strip & survey parts;
- Final inspection of machined and repaired parts;
- Final testing of assemblies;
- Operate coordinate measuring machine (CMM);
- Participate in internal Quality System audits to ISO9001 & AS9100;
- Manage & maintain calibrated devices and logs;
- Assist with root cause analysis on NCR’s;
- Provide weekly updates to the Quality/Engineering Supervisor;
Potential applicants should have the following skills and experience (not required but considered an asset):

- +2 years QA experience using measuring devices to tolerances of.0001”;
- +2 years experience in-house calibration of measuring devices to tolerances of.00005”;
- +2 years experience with ISO 9001 & AS9100 quality systems;
- Experience using coordinate measuring machine (CMM);
- Highly organized and able to maintain deadlines in a fast-paced environment;
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills, including written and verbal;
- Great attention to detail and highly focused on quality results.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $48,000.00-$62,000.00 per year
