Precise ParkLink (West) Ltd. needs a strong individual to fill the role of “Customer Service Representative - Administrative Assistant” to oversee clerical office duties in support of company administration. This includes coordinating and communicating office activities, greeting, and screening visitors, answering, and referring inbound telephone calls, and scheduling appointments. The main activities are:

- Ensure that the front desk is covered at all times.
- Meet and greet all Associates, Guests, and Clients in a professional and courteous manner.
- Answering high volume phone lines for Precise ParkLink.
- Collection of payments for parking invoices
- Receive, send, and distribute inbound and outbound mail, packages, and other correspondence.

Job duties include but are not limited to:

- As a front-line employee, present a positive and professional image of the organization to all visitors, suppliers, inquiries, and other interactions.
- Greeting all clients, answering the telephone, and maintaining the reception area.
- Refer all inquiries to the appropriate individuals, divisions, or departments across the organization.
- Type forms, letters, reports, and memos as necessary.
- Receive and distribute all forms of paper correspondence (i.e. Mail).
- Accept and monitor inbound shipments as necessary.
- Accept payment for daily parking and violation notices.
- Order all office supplies for the Edmonton office.
- Assist with the administration of dispute resolution for PPWL and Violation Notices for Edmonton.
- Other duties as required.

**Requirements**:

- Ability to work Full-time, Monday - Friday 8:30AM - 5:00PM
- High school diploma or an acceptable combination of education and experience.
- 2 years of direct work experience in a customer service capacity.
- Able to write simple correspondence, including memos, letters, etc.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word, and Outlook, SharePoint
- Able to maintain and organize filing systems and basic databases.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Superior telephone manners and strong interpersonal skills.
- Strong written and verbal skills to communicate with all levels of the organization and its executive team.
- Ability to negotiate and strong customer conflict resolution skills.
- Customer service excellence.

**Salary**: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 2 years (preferred)
