**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Framework Development**: Collaborate with team members to design and implement a project framework based on data collected from the initial project phase, ensuring it addresses identified needs and gaps.
- **Stakeholder Engagement**: Identify, engage, and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including Indigenous communities, health service providers, and policymakers, to gather input and support for project initiatives.
- **Research and Analysis**: Conduct research on mental health policies and best practices related to Indigenous mental wellness. Analyze data to inform decision-making and project direction.
- **Advocacy**: Advocate for changes within existing healthcare systems to improve services for Métis women and 2SLGBTQQIA+ individuals. Ensure that project initiatives align with national and international human rights standards.
- **Cultural Responsiveness**: Incorporate cultural awareness and sensitivity into all project activities, recognizing the unique challenges faced by Indigenous communities in accessing mental health services.
- **Reporting**: Prepare progress reports, presentations, and documentation for stakeholders and funding bodies, ensuring transparency and accountability throughout the project.
- **Training and Capacity Building**: Facilitate training sessions and workshops to enhance the capacity of stakeholders and community members related to mental health awareness and resources.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in mental health, social work, psychology, Indigenous studies, public health, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in health, mental wellness, or social services, particularly within Indigenous contexts.
- Familiarity with Indigenous mental health issues, especially as they relate to Métis communities and 2SLGBTQQIA+ individuals.
- Strong understanding of mental health policies and advocacy strategies for change within healthcare systems.
- Awareness of Indigenous rights, specifically regarding Métis healthcare access and mental wellness.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

**Working Conditions**:

- This position requires occasional travel.
- Occasionally, flexible working hours may be necessary.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $65,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
