**_ Account Executive - Field Sales _**:

- _ To sell FedEx Services to both 'new' and 'existing' customers (primary focus: existing and net new potential in excess of USD $250/day average net revenue) with the key deliverable of achieving assigned territory revenue objectives (as measured and determined by FedEx)._

- _ Understands the operating environment, business and economic conditions._
- _ Facilitates and seeks opportunities to collaborate across functions / departments and breaks down silos/ barriers. Demonstrates influential leadership. Able to build a community of support. Makes every experience with customers and internal clients positive / outstanding._
- _ Executes the operational strategy. Anticipates, prioritizes, plans, initiates and demonstrates decisiveness and proactive action in order to achieve results. Manages time effectively. Takes well informed, calculated risks. Delivers on commitments._

**_ So what do you need to do all of this? How about _**
- _ Sales - 4 years commercial sales experience (business to business, transportation industry preferred) with two (2) years experience within Account Executive role._
- _ Previous experience selling to large Fortune 500 complex and global corporations (preferred)_
- _ Strong oral, written and presentation communication skills_
- _ Regular overnight travel required (5-10%)_
- _ Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and Power Point_
