Applicants must be self-starters who can work independently with mínimal supervision. We’re looking for someone who is not only passionate about automotive service but also eager to contribute to the growth of the business through excellent customer service and operational efficiency.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist customers in identifying and locating car parts.
- Provide accurate information on part compatibility and pricing.
- Process orders and maintain organized records of inquiries and transactions.
- Coordinate with the team for part retrieval and shipping.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
- Stay informed about automotive trends and part specifications.
- Contribute to sales targets by upselling and cross-selling parts and services.
- May also include other duties as assigned to support the overall operations.

**Qualifications**
- Experience in auto parts sales or customer service preferred.
- Automotive training is considered an asset.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of vehicle makes, models, and parts compatibility.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lift up to 50 lbs.
