**Member Experience Team Member (Full-Time Seasonal: September - April)**
We’re looking for a **Member Experience Team Member** to join our front-line crew for the upcoming ski season.

What You’ll Do:

- **Welcome members with warmth and professionalism** at the ticket booth, administration office, and other service touchpoints.
- **Deliver exceptional service**—answering questions, resolving issues, and ensuring every member feels valued and cared for.
- **Handle inquiries, member requests, and daily operations** that keep the Club running seamlessly.
- **Pitch in on events and seasonal activities**, helping to create the experiences that make winter at the Club so special.
- **Jump in** wherever needed—this is a hands-on role where every day looks a little different.

What We’re Looking For:

- A natural **people person** with outstanding communication and customer service skills.
- Someone who thrives in a busy, fast-paced environment and can juggle multiple priorities with a smile.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and confident with basic computer systems.
- **Weekend availability from December to April,** when the Club is at its peak.
- Previous hospitality, retail, or front-line service experience is a strong asset.
