This role is responsible for ensuring that members & guests alike have a positive experience each and every time they visit the Osler Bluff Ski Club. This is a high level customer service role working at the activity hub of the Club. Committed to working during our operating hours of Wednesday to Sunday and holidays throughout the ski season with additional hours during Christmas and March Break.

**Responsibilities**
- Deliver exception member service on a daily basis.
- Build and maintain relationships with members, guests and staff.
- Responsible to answer in-person enquires and/or directing the member/guest to the appropriate person.
- Responsible for selling and printing daily lift ticket sales.
- Support the distribution of Member Skiing Badges.
- Support the sales of social event tickets at the Club.
- Process Member payments when applicable.
- Manage telephone calls, transfer to the appropriate person and take messages if required.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service facing role.
- Point of Sale experience would be an asset.
- Experience with Google Docs and Sheets would be an asset.
- Knowledge of Jonas software would be an asset.
- Outgoing, approachable personality with a calm demeanour.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible, adaptable, and able to execute a range of job duties and changing priorities.
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Possess professional maturity and impeccable integrity.
