Are you a hands-on problem solver who thrives with some variety in their job? As an **Operations Team Member**, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our club operations run smoothly.

**How You’ll Contribute to the Team**:

- **Support** snow removal efforts to keep walkways, parking lots, and key areas safe and accessible.
- **Assist** with general operations, including maintaining grounds and responding to operational needs.
- **Maintain** and prepare the ice rink for member use, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience.
- **Operate** equipment such as tractors and snowmobiles to complete operational tasks.
- **Ensure** all work is performed safely and professionally to uphold the club’s high standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform snow removal, sanding, and salting to maintain safe conditions.
- Set fencing and safety equipment on the hill as needed.
- Maintain outdoor spaces, including the ice rink and member areas, ensuring they are clean, safe, and guest-ready.
- Operate tractors, snowmobiles, and other equipment to support daily operations.
- Assist all operations departments as needed and adapt to changing priorities.
- Follow safety protocols and report equipment or facility issues promptly.
- Contribute to a positive, team-oriented environment and provide friendly, professional service to members and guests.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience operating tractors, snowmobiles, or similar equipment.
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and performing hands-on tasks.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Reliable, flexible, and comfortable working weekends, holidays, and variable shifts.
- Safety-focused and attentive to detail in all work.
