**Duties**
- Develop, manage, and optimize marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including:

- Search (Paid & Organic) - Oversee PPC and SEO strategies to drive lead generation.
- Content & Social Media Marketing - Create and distribute engaging content to build brand awareness and engagement.
- Public Relations - Manage relationships with trade publications and general media for positive brand coverage.
- Automated LinkedIn Campaigns - Implement and optimize outreach strategies on LinkedIn.
- Tradeshows & Conferences - Plan, execute, and measure the impact of trade shows and industry events.
- Other Growth Initiatives - Stay ahead of marketing trends and identify new opportunities for lead generation and brand positioning.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record in scaling a company from $5M to $25M ARR.
- Strong expertise in digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, PPC, content marketing, and social media.
- Experience with trade shows, PR campaigns, and automated outreach strategies.
- Ability to create compelling marketing content, oversee design execution, and manage brand messaging.
- Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and dashboard reporting to track campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
- A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and a passion for staying updated on industry trends.
