**Position Overview**:
**Main Tasks**:

- Answering telephone calls and directing them to the appropriate
- person/broker
- Verification of various documents in our internal systems
- Creating, uploading and sending invoices of listings, sales, rentals for payment
- Creating and sourcing various reports
- Receiving and sorting incoming payments and proving ad hoc support for the controller
- Assisting brokers with technology needs and various tasks as required
- Sending text messages to brokers on internal system for calls or inquiries received, documents received on their behalf
- Verifying and controlling all office supplies
- Communicating with other agencies for incoming/outgoing payments
- Other miscellaneous office tasks as required

**Requirements**:

- High School Diploma completed
- 2-years as a receptionist or administrator, preferably in the Real Estate industry
- Ability to manage priorities/be diligent in completing tasks in a timely manner
- Full-time availability to work daytime on Monday - Thursday 9:00am to 4:00pm and be available on Fridays on-call.
- Fluently Bilingual in English and French (no exceptions).

**Principales responsabilités**:

- Répondre aux appels téléphoniques entrants et les diriger vers la personne/courtier approprié(e).
- Vérification de divers documents dans nos systèmes internes.
- Création, téléchargement et envoi de factures pour les inscriptions, les ventes et les locations en vue du paiement.
- Génération et recherche de divers rapports.
- Réception et tri des paiements entrants et fourniture d'un soutien ponctuel au contrôleur.
- Aider les courtiers avec leurs besoins technologiques et diverses tâches au besoin.
- Envoi de messages texte aux courtiers via notre système interne pour les appels ou les demandes reçues et les documents reçus en leur nom.
- Vérification et gestion de tous les fournitures de bureau.
- Communication avec d'autres agences pour les paiements entrants et sortants.
- Exécution d'autres tâches de bureau diverses au besoin.

**Exigences**:

- Diplôme d'études secondaires terminé.
- Minimum de 2 ans d'expérience en tant que réceptionniste ou administrateur, de préférence dans l'industrie immobilière.
- Forte capacité à gérer les priorités et à effectuer diligemment les tâches en temps opportun.
- Disponibilité à temps plein pour travailler en semaine de 9h00 à 16h00, avec disponibilité de garde les vendredis.
- Maîtrise bilingue de l'anglais et du français (aucune exception).
