**Position**: Marketing Operations Manager

**Location**: Vancouver, BC

**Job Duties & Responsibilities**:
Marketing Strategy:

- Be involved in the early stages of a project to support with business analysis and opportunity mapping alongside the sales and development team
- Collaborate with the Sales, Leasing, Development and Leadership teams to ensure strategies developed on ideas, project outcomes, creative direction and narratives are executed on effectively.
- Develop and maintain the marketing schedule and budget for the project
- Determine what external agencies, vendors and partners are required and work with them to execute assets and initiatives

Marketing Operations / Project Management:

- Execute on marketing initiatives and marketing assets, inclusive of events and exhibitions, print materials, digital marketing (including web and social media) - creating marketing briefs to engage outside vendors as required
- Manage the completion and implementation of all marketing assets and materials
- Create and manage asset calendar for the project(s), ensuring alignment with cross-functional departments (Sales, Leasing, Development, etc.).
- Oversee and manage ongoing project marketing schedules and budgets
- Have responsibility of managing several stakeholders and approvals across different projects

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience
- Strong knowledge of marketing and communications
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Proven time management experience
- Understanding of the creative process and briefings
- Detail oriented with strong project management skills
- Ability to take initiative, solve problems and work under tight deadlines while managing multiple projects
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build working relationships with individuals at all levels of an organization
- Works well in a fast-paced, high-volume organization with a diverse portfolio of work
- Real-estate experience preferred or equivalent project management experience

Pay: $90,000.00-$115,000.00 per year

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Real Estate Project Management: 2 years (required)
- Marketing: 3 years (required)
