Flair Airlines is currently seeking a permanent full-time **Marketing Operations Manager** to join our growing and ever-changing organization.

The **Marketing Operations Manager** will be working a hybrid work arrangement based out of Vancouver, BC (YVR) and some travel may be required.

**Position Overview**:
The **Marketing Operations Manager** is responsible for ensuring that the operations of the marketing department run smoothly, effectively, and efficiently. This individual will actively manage day-to-day operations and administer and/or coordinate data collection, analysis, and reporting processes. They will also own and maintain budget and operations plans.

**Working Conditions**:
The **Marketing Operations Manager** operates primarily in an office setting but has the flexibility to work remotely as well as from the Corporate Office situated in Vancouver, BC. The** Marketing Operations Manager** will be required to travel occasionally to support in-person meetings, company events, and other activities related to their role.

**Primary Job Functions**:

- Develop rationale and proposals for all initiatives and campaigns
- Develop and manage systems for tracking performance and reporting on all marketing initiatives
- Prepare reports and analyze data to optimize operations
- Work closely with the digital, customer service, and marketing teams to ensure performance targets are met
- Own, maintain, and ensure on-time performance for marketing campaign and activation schedule
- Develop and maintain process documentation and customer service best practices
- Prepare and own marketing budget plan presentations and budget implementation
- Ensure accuracy of data and financial transactions related to marketing activities including POs and Invoices
- Oversee management software and activities
- Regular presentations to stakeholders

**Safety Duties, Accountabilities, Authorities, and Responsibilities**:

- Demonstrate knowledge of employee responsibilities regarding safety and actively participate in the company’s Safety Management System (SMS) program
- Conduct assigned tasks and corrective actions

**Qualifications and Education Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- At least 2 years of related experience in marketing operations
- Expertise in developing, launching, and executing campaigns
- Experience in customer service management or a related field is considered an asset
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, a wizard in PowerPoint, and project management software
- Experience with reporting, analysis, and data management

**Required Competencies**:

- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Solid understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and best practices
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt quickly to changes in tasks and processes
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
