The growing psychology office in North York is looking for a **mature office administration person **who is engaging and responsible with excellent people and writing skills.
**Other Skills We Are Looking for**:
Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Prepare and maintain clinic forms, including receipts and invoices
Assist with finances, including the processing of payments
Assist with marketing, social media and other business procedures
Greet clients attending in-person appointments
Oversee occasional rental of clinic space
Maintain a professionally organized, efficient and tidy clinic
Maintain clinic policies and procedures
Maintain paper and electronic filing systems
Outreach to the community to promote services and workshops
Manage professional training workshops, including registration
Communicate with clients on administrative matters
Coordinate and keep confidential client paperwork
Qualifications and Skills:
- Experience or training in an administrative role, preferably within a healthcare practice (psychological, medical, etc.)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and, Access
- **Superior written and oral communication skills (Paramount)**:
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Excellent customer service skills
Part-time permanent, Monday - Friday (approximately 15-25 hours per week, no evenings or weekends). Potential for full-time work in the future.
**Salary**: $17.00 per hour
Job Location:
Yonge and Finch area
- Excellent communication (written & verbal); a second language is an asset.
Punctuality and reliability are essential
