- Real Estate Research
- Putting together excel spreadsheets for various reasons
- Organize team meetings and schedules
- Maintain weekly sales reports for team leader & agents
- Client care
- Constant communication with all parties involved in transactions
- Co-ordinate steps of transactions from contract to closing
- Manage database of all current & past clients for marketing
- Property Management
- Qualifications & Skills Required:_
- Must be people oriented and have the ability to analyze clients’ needs and wants
- Must be able to adapt to different personality types of clients
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must work well in a team environment
- Must be a problem solver
- Must be able to face challenges and deadlines with grace
