We're Hiring a Social Media/Marketing Social Specialist
Join our team at CW Kitchens and help us enhance our brand's digital presence and customer engagement. As the Social Media/Marketing Specialist, you will be instrumental in defining our digital marketing strategy and expanding our brand's reach.
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement social media strategies on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn to enhance engagement, increase brand awareness, and support marketing objectives.
- Generate and curate compelling content for various digital platforms, including posts, videos, and campaigns.
- Forge and expand business partnerships through strategic marketing initiatives.
- Monitor, track, and report on social media performance and marketing metrics to guide the optimization of future campaigns.
- Collaborate with multiple teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and timely updates on product promotions.
- Manage social media interactions and community engagement to maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Perform administrative duties as needed.
- Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and technologies to keep our marketing strategies effective and innovative
- Conduct thorough research to identify key industry events and conferences that the company should attend to enhance visibility and networking opportunities.
- Develop and implement innovative lead generation strategies aimed at attracting new customers and expanding the business footprint.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Proven experience in social media management and digital marketing, with a track record of developing successful marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Hootsuite, Google Analytics, and content management systems.
- Experience with creating strategic partnerships and business development.
- Creative thinker with strong ideas on how to advance our company's brand and presence in the industry.
- Knowledge of the kitchen manufacturing or home improvement industry is beneficial.
