**What You'll Be Doing**:
We are seeking a forward-thinking individual with a proven track record of contributing original design creative, writing and campaign management. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must, and you should thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
In this role, you will be an integral part of our creative team, creating well designed, creative digital marketing campaigns. Your responsibilities will include:
- Crafting compelling designs and content with a strong emphasis on marketing and brand identity.
- Collaborating with fellow creatives to brainstorm and develop innovative concepts.
- Designing visually engaging campaigns to attract and retain customers across all channels.
- Polishing and proofreading marketing content to perfection.
- Assisting with copywriting and editing across various mediums.
- Self-managing projects and ensuring deadlines are met.
**What Skills, Experience and Education You Need to Have**:
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience and post-secondary education.
- Proficiency in:
- Adobe Creative Suite
- Google Analytics, SEM Rush, and other Data analysis tools
- Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager
- Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIN, and other social media platforms
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
- The ability to multitask, take initiative, and meet tight project deadlines.
- Strategic analysis and implementation of new media strategies.
