**Outside Sales Representative - Industrial Fabrics & Shelters**:
**Reports to**:Director of Sales - Foam, Fabrics & Shelters**

**Position Overview**:
**The Outside Sales Representative drives revenue growth by developing new business and expanding existing accounts within their assigned territory. They will identify opportunities, negotiate deals, and close sales for Norseman's extensive range of industrial fabric solutions and shelter products such as: Containment Berms, Industrial Tarps, Pipeline Cooling Blankets, Industrial Curtains, Rig Enclosures, Welding & Utility Tents and other custom fabricated products. This field-based role requires frequent travel to customer sites to build and maintain strong business relationships.

**Job Duties**:

- Achieve sales targets and outcomes within schedule (sales, new customers, share of wallet, gross margin)
- Develop and execute territory sales strategies to reach diverse customer segments including: distributors, facility owners, drilling contractors
- Collaborate with the internal stakeholders (such as Production Manager, Inside Sales and Technical Services Team) on new requirements by providing accurate details of the requirements and expectations from prospects.
- Manage an existing client base in Western Canada and create new opportunities within the region.
- Conduct site visits to understand customer needs and provide customized solutions
- Create and present professional sales proposals and quotations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers across multiple industries
- Identify new market opportunities and expand into untapped customer segments
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of custom solutions
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales forecasts in CRM
- Provide regular market intelligence and competitor analysis

**Requirements**:

- Proven track record in B2B technical or industrial sales
- Post-secondary education in business, marketing or related field preferred
- Experience selling customized solutions to diverse customer segments
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel extensively within the territory
- Proficient with MS Office and CRM software
