**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the Warranty Coordinator to schedule and manage trade contractors for warranty-related work.
- Conduct service calls, perform inspections, and complete repairs such as drywall touch-ups, paint corrections, and addressing squeaky doors or other maintenance issues.
- Monitor the completion of service work and report back to the Warranty Manager to ensure all tasks are performed to the company’s standards.
- Educate homeowners on proper home maintenance and operation to prevent common issues.
- Maintain detailed service records and communicate effectively with clients and team members to keep them informed of project status.
- Uphold safety standards and ensure compliance on all service calls and trade workdays.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Service Technician role or similar field, with a focus on home maintenance and repair.
- Strong understanding of construction fundamentals and warranty processes.
- Hands-on experience with a variety of home repair and service tasks, including drywall, painting, and interior finishing work.
- Proficiency with technology, including MS Office, MS Teams, and Homefront software is an asset.
- Exceptional time management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple service requests.
- Ability to interact with homeowners in a professional, calm, and positive manner.

Pay: $70,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
