**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Develop strategies to help achieve our business objectives via our digital channels;
- Manage social media and its performance:

- Develop content strategy and manage editorial calendars;
- Write bilingual publications;
- Create exclusive content;
- Manage advertising campaigns and their results;
- Create simple visuals using the Adobe suite (an asset).
- Manage the content of the website and ensure the updating of the information on it;
- Write and format newsletters and manage mailings;
- Produce monthly performance reports and interpret the results on an ongoing basis in order to recommend optimization actions;
- Participate in sponsorship decisions and coordinate any activity or brand activation resulting from the sponsorship;
- Measure the return on investment of our various partnerships and initiatives;
- Support and advise professionals on their marketing and business development initiatives;
- Support management in the implementation of strategic projects;
- Coordinate the organization of various events (in person and virtual);
- Support various committees and internal teams;
- Perform any other related tasks.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Bachelor's degree in communications or marketing;
- Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken;
- Excellent knowledge of social media;
- Knowledge of the Adobe suite (InDesign and Photoshop);
- Knowledge of Wordpress;
- Knowledge of Google Analytics;
- Mastery of the Office Suite.
