**Position Title**: Communications and Marketing Coordinator

**Reports to**: Manager, Publications and Communications

**Contract Type**: Consultant, one year (yearly assessment for renewal)

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Webinar and Event Promotion Support**:
Contribute to the promotion and communication of ACI World webinars and external events.
Assist in creating promotional material for both webinars and external events.

**Marketing Agreements and Media Partnerships**:
Manage marketing agreements with external organizations and media outlets.
Optimize the use of media and marketing partnerships to enhance ACI World's reach and visibility.

**Inbox Management**:
Oversee the ACI World Publications inbox, ensuring timely and efficient customer service while following sales performance.
Manage the ACI World Media inbox, addressing inquiries and coordinating with internal stakeholders with the supervision of the Director of Communications.

**Monthly Reporting**:
Provide monthly reports summarizing marketing and communications activities, including metrics and key performance indicators.

**Departmental Support**:
Work with the Communications and Marketing department to support various activities as requested, such as the ACI Insight Blog, creating contact lists using Dynamics 365, and managing incoming requests from other departments.
Other duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:
University degree, preferably with specialization in communications or marketing
Minimum of 2 years of communications or marketing experience
**Excellent written and spoken English skills**: ability to communicate effectively appropriate to the audience
Working knowledge of languages other than English would be an asset
A strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Familiarity with the aviation industry or similar sectors is a plus.
Tech-savvy, knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, project management software, ClickDimension, etc.
