**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Manage the supply chain for parts, ensuring timely procurement and inventory control.
- Oversee warranty claims processing and maintain accurate records of all transactions.
- Utilize ERP systems for order management, inventory tracking, and data entry.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries related to parts availability and warranty issues.
- Maintain warehouse organization by overseeing shipping & receiving operations and ensuring compliance with safety standards.
- Assist in powersports diagnostics and repairs as needed, leveraging mechanical knowledge to support the service team.
- Implement effective logistics strategies to optimize the flow of parts within the dealership.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in supply chain management, preferably within the automotive/powersports industry.
- Strong understanding of supplier management, procurement processes, and inventory management techniques.
- Familiarity with automotive/powersports diagnostics, HVAC systems, and equipment repair is highly desirable.
- Experience with order management systems and data entry practices to ensure accuracy in records.
- Previous dealership experience or knowledge of autobody/automotive/powersports repair processes is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in all aspects of work.
