**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner with a passion for helping our clients achieve their business goals. You serve as a strategic consultant and coach to leaders and employees on engagement, workplace culture, talent management, workforce planning, organizational design, performance management, change management, and employee and labour relations. As a Business Partner, you are an integral part of the organization; you are seen as a trusted advisor and problem-solver to your client group. Utilizing a consultative approach and drawing on your broad HR knowledge, the Business Partner supports the operational and strategic objectives of the Hospital through the provision of HR best practice.
You are a client centered individual with a passion for enhancing the employee experience. You perform at an exemplary standard and keep current on talent trends, business challenges and people priorities.

**Qualifications**

What Do You Bring to the Role?
- Post-secondary education in Human Resources Management and/or Industrial/Labour Relations or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
- Progressive experience working in a client focused HR consultant/business partner role preferably in a complex unionized public sector organization
- You bring a strong consulting approach, with demonstrated experience recommending and implementing strategies to enable the successful delivery of progressive and proactive human resources programs and solutions.
- Demonstration of strong judgement, influencing and coaching skills, paired with a proven ability to initiate, build and nurture strong business relationships.
- You are strategic, flexible and solutions focused, with the ability to communicate with confidence at all organizational levels.
- You have advanced knowledge of employment legislation and labour relations practices
- Superior conflict resolution and creative problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated analytical, research and probing skills to seek out and obtain information from a diverse cross-section of sources
