**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process.
- Manage the Certificate of Recognition (COR) program, ensuring compliance with all requirements and maintaining certification.
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
- Maintain pay plan and benefits program.
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
- Develop and implement HR health and safety policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular safety audits and inspections.
- Investigate and report on accidents and incidents.
- Provide guidance and training to employees on health and safety practices.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven working experience as HR Manager or other HR Executive.
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases. Building company culture that is thriving and alive.
- In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
- Experience in the construction or landscaping industry is a plus.
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Certification in health and safety management (e.g., CRSP, CHSC) is preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal, Internship / Co-op
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: $23.50-$27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
