Compensation - Based on Experience
Terms of Employment: Full-time
Position Responsibilities:
- Previous office experience
- Greeting clients with a friendly and positive attitude
- Established understanding of Accounts Payable and Receivable and experience in QuickBooks On-Line
- Bank deposits and reconciliation
- Payroll
- Answering phones
- Shipping and receiving of courier packages
- Filing of accounting and various documents
- Assisting with production when required
- Ordering of office supplies
- Strong computer literacy in using word processing, and spreadsheet software, and the internet
Skill/Requirements:
Fluent in the English Language
Organized with a strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Reliable, hard-working individual who can take direction and is willing to learn
Goal-oriented individual with the ability to multitask efficiently and pay close attention to details in a fast-paced environment with deadlines
Additional Skills:
Punctual and reliable
Comfortable around machinery
Positive attitude
Previous experience in a signage shop environment is as asset
Previous experience in QBO and Corel Draw is an asset
