Receptionist/office Administrator

Overview:
An industry leading window manufacturing company in South Surrey is seeking for a highly organized and professional Receptionist/Office Administrator to join our team. As a first of contact for our Company, you will play a pivotal role in creating a positive impression for our clients, visitors and colleagues. You have the combination of administrative skills, excellent communication abilities and a proactive approach to handling various office tasks. Previous reception or office administrative experience will be an asset.

**Responsibilities**:
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls as necessary
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings
- Perform general clerical duties such as data entry, filing, photocopying, and scanning documents and other duties as assigned
**Requirements**:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in using computer software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed
**Salary**: $21.50-$28.89 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
