Business Support Supervisor

RNS Health Care Services is hiring a **Business Support Supervisor / Executive Assistant** to support our Director of Operations and Executive Leadership Team. This hybrid role combines executive-level support with hands-on oversight of daily office administration, front desk supervision, and operational program coordination — including leadership of our PPE Distribution Program.

**A Day-to-Day Look at the Role**:
- Provide direct executive support to the Director of Operations and CEO/President as needed, including managing schedules, preparing documents, and coordinating meetings and travel arrangements.
- Organize and manage logistics for internal and external meetings, workshops, and corporate events.
- Supervise front desk and administrative support staff, ensuring top-quality service across the organization.
- Oversee daily office operations: manage supply and equipment inventory, coordinate vendor relationships, and monitor facility needs.
- Lead and manage the PPE Inventory, Pick-Up, and Distribution Program, including ordering, tracking, and distribution to staff — lifting and carrying supply boxes is required.
- Maintain accurate directories, contact lists, and office systems, working closely with IT and leadership to ensure up-to-date information.
- Handle confidential and time-sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
- Support cross-departmental initiatives, policy development, and internal communications.
**What You’ll Need to Succeed**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Administration, Communications, or a health-related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in executive support, office management, or related roles.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); adaptable and tech-savvy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to multitask, take initiative, and independently manage competing priorities.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive working relationships at all levels.
- **Bilingual in English and French is considered a strong asset.**:
- Must hold a G Class Driver’s License and have access to a reliable vehicle for work-related travel throughout York Region.
- **Ability to lift and carry supply boxes (e.g., PPE inventory) as part of routine duties.**

Pay: $55,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
