**Overview**

**Duties**
- Oversee daily office operations and ensure efficient workflow.
- Manage front desk activities, answering phone calls with professionalism and courtesy.
- Perform clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management.
- Supervise administrative staff and coordinate team activities to enhance productivity.
- Assist in budgeting processes and maintain financial records using accounting program
- Communicate effectively with team members and external stakeholders to facilitate collaboration.
- Some collection calls
- Implement office policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in an administrative or office management role is preferred.
- Strong clerical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to supervise a team effectively while fostering a positive work environment.
- Proficiency in budgeting processes and experience with accounting software.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of professionalism and discretion in handling confidential information.
- Must know and have working knowledge of Excel, Outlook, and Words

Pay: $19.00-$22.85 per hour

Expected hours: 42 per week
