Student Summer Office Administrative Assistant

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing.
- Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system.
- Answer incoming calls and direct calls to appropriate personnel.
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
- Assist with data entry tasks using computerized systems.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.

Qualifications:

- High School graduate going into college or University or in school now
- Going back to school in fall
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to perform basic data entry tasks accurately.
- Customer service-oriented with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

**Job Type**: Seasonal

Contract length: 4 months

Pay: $17.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

while supporting our dedicated staff.
