**Job Overview**
The Finance and Administrative Officer plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of a mid-sized primary healthcare organization. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with a strong understanding of financial services. Reporting to the Executive Director, you will oversee the day to day financial and business operations, as well as risk analysis while ensuring compliance with organizational policies and procedures.

**Duties**
- Develop and coordinate the organization’s budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources.
- Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll and banking processes to maintain accurate financial records.
- Conduct risk analysis to identify potential financial risks and implement strategies for risk management.
- Perform account reconciliation to ensure accuracy in financial reporting.
- Prepare detailed reports on financial performance and present findings to senior management.
- Oversee facilities and communication systems functions on behalf of the team
- Collaborate with various departments to streamline administrative processes and improve efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies related to financial operations.

**Skills**
- Strong understanding of budgeting principles and financial services.
- Proficient in risk analysis and risk management techniques.
- Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll and account reconciliation processes.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills to assess financial data effectively.
- Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders.

Pay: Up to $71,893.00 per year
