**Supervisor - Operations**

We are searching for a Supervisor - Operations.

The Supervisor - Operations is responsible for overseeing and coordinating a multi-functional team. This position is responsible for ensuring that all assigned areas are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards during non-operational or offline hours (after business hours, during shutdowns, or scheduled downtimes) as well as offering offline production support.

Summary or Responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the production support crew.
- Develop and assign cleaning schedules and tasks to team members.
- Ensure all areas of responsibility are cleaned according to company, SQF (Safe Quality Food), and safety standards.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness and quality control.
- Train new staff on cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and proper equipment use.
- Monitor and manage cleaning supplies and inventory levels.
- Address and resolve any performance or conduct issues among staff.
- Report maintenance needs or equipment issues to the appropriate department.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, SQF, and environmental regulations.
- Complete required company and SQF (Safe Quality Food) documentation
- Receive Employee Safety Concerns
- Offline production support as production requirements require
- Staging in preparation for upcoming production
- Other duties as assigned
- High School Graduation.
- 2 years’ work experience, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment
