Skilled Labourer

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform general maintenance and repairs, including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and painting.
- Assist with renovations to improve the functionality and appearance of our properties.
- Handle on-call shifts for snow removal during winter months and respond to urgent apartment call-outs.
- Safely operate and maintain hand tools, power tools, and machinery as required.
- Travel to different job sites for repairs and maintenance, with occasional overnight stays.
- Perform heavy lifting and manual labor for extended periods, including moving materials and equipment.
- Ensure work areas are clean, organized, and compliant with safety protocols.
- Communicate with supervisors regarding work progress, equipment needs, and safety concerns.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- **Experience**: Previous experience in maintenance, construction, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- **Skills**: Comfortable with a wide range of tasks including troubleshooting, performing repairs, and using hand and power tools.
- **Physical Requirements**: Must be able to lift heavy objects, stand for extended periods, and handle physically demanding work.
- **Availability**: Flexibility to work on-call shifts, including snow removal during winter and emergency apartment call-outs.
- **Work Ethic**: Strong attention to detail, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- **Travel**: Willingness to travel to different job sites and stay overnight as necessary.
